1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrendRush ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use TrendRush.

2. Educational Purpose Only

TrendRush is designed for educational and entertainment purposes. All trading signals, data, and information displayed on the Platform are simulated, hypothetical, and do not represent real market conditions or actual financial instruments.

• The Platform is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor (CTA).
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Users should not make investment decisions based on information provided by TrendRush.

3. No Guarantee of Profitability or Outcomes

TrendRush makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Past performance displayed on the Platform — including win rates, streaks, scores, and signal quality — does not indicate or guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and simulated results do not reflect actual market performance.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions you make, in any market or jurisdiction.
• Ensuring you are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.
• Verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information before acting on it.

TrendRush shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Platform or any trading decisions you make.

5. Paper Trading vs. Live Trading

TrendRush currently operates paper trading (simulated) mode. Simulated results:

• Do not reflect actual market conditions or execution quality.
• Do not account for slippage, fees, or liquidity constraints present in live markets.
• Are not guaranteed to be representative of any future performance.

If live trading functionality is introduced in the future, additional disclosures and acknowledgments will be required before access is granted. All trading carries real financial risk.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

TrendRush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Canceling stops future billing; no refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
• Subscription fees are processed via Stripe; TrendRush does not store payment details.
• TrendRush reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and logos on TrendRush are the property of TrendRush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendRush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid to TrendRush in the prior 12 months.

10. Risk Acknowledgment

Before accessing trading functionality, all users must acknowledge the following:

• Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.
• Only capital you can afford to lose should be used for any trading activity.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• TrendRush does not provide financial or investment advice.
• The user is at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in their jurisdiction.

Access to trading modes is blocked until all acknowledgments are completed.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrendRush operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

TrendRush may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email associated with your account.
